This landscaping company just recently started their account in our subdivision…read more Over the past month, we have had 3 cars broken into on mornings the landscapers are here and well, its 2024 and there are cameras on every car here. The employees are not very tech savvy and it shows. Police have been notified and the open/shut evidence will be provided if the stolen items are not returned to the property owners this week. I have called the business to discuss the matter but the lines are "busy" and the inbox is full. Theft is absolutley unacceptable behavior and no one should have to deal with this from a contractor; biting the hand that feeds is a bad business decision.

The folks at Quality Turf were fantastic - they helped explain which type of grass would work best for us and how we should prepare our yard for it. We ended up going with empire zoysia and it is gorgeous! Feels like a soft carpet! They delivered it the same day they cut it from the field so it was good and fresh, and the truck driver, John, was nice enough to put in under a tree in the shade so it wouldn't get too hot while we worked to put it down. Now we have one of best looking lawns in our neighborhood!

I ordered Bermuda sod this summer. When it arrived at our jobsite the sod was falling all to…read morepieces. This sod was for a Model Home we were landscaping for a general contractor and it needed to look its best. When I called the office and told them the sod was falling to pieces, Amber (the girl who answers the phone) could have cared less. She made no apology or concession. I also told her their sod rolls were in the cages they provided for storage and were ready for pick up. She told me I would have to bring them back in order to get my refund. I asked why they wouldnt pick them up and she said they would if they were in the area but they had no plans to do so and they were our responsibility. The other 2 sod companies we buy from have no problem picking up our pallets & rolls for us. We have purchase $6000.00 worth of sod from them this year which is NOT a lot for a company, but imagine if I were a home owner and received this kind of treatment? Would you buy from them or recommend them to your friends? I think not...
