I received a call at the end of the day stating they would be no longer be coming out here to service my A/C. The reason was we have had someone else out here repairing our A/C and the repair person bypassed something in the A/C and they didn't want to be held responsible. We have had no one out here to repair anything on our unit. It was just an excuse. I called them at 8 am the morning and they didn't call me back until 4. Now, I have to wait till Wednesday to get a service person out here. All I have to say is SHAME on them. They only want the big jobs.

He came out on a sunday to diagnose at NO charge, and returned the following day to install my new furnace. I was extremely happy with the cost, very very reasonable indeed! :) While he was here, my water pipe froze and burst, and he repaired that as well at no charge. He was also pretty rude and condescending toward me, which I didn't appreciate. Today we got a bill from Young's in the amount of $41.50. I know that gas prices are expensive, so is time. But he didn't drive further than maybe up to 10 miles round trip and didn't stay longer than 5 minutes. I guess he also charged me, for his rudeness??
