Stated Walk-in's welcome on the door?…read more I walked in yesterday and welcome was the last thing I felt. I was trying to get a hair trim. It's like nobody wanted to stop what they were doing for a minute. I just stood there like a ghost. Someone could have said "we will be right with you"....Finally a stylist came over and asked what I needed. She then asked the other ladies if they had time to cut my hair. All of them said no. Instead of asking me to come back she pointed out the other salons in the area. Bye

I have been following The Loft's Grace's great hair results on Instagram and saw her interactions on Nextdoor and I decided to have a new short style. Grace is welcoming and listened to all my preferences. She checked with me frequently to see if I was in agreement with her work, which I surely was. My asymmetrical cut is just what I had hoped for! It is so important to find a professional who is enthusiastic about helping the customer and takes the time to assess the customer's wishes. I am thrilled that The Loft, a beautiful and clean salon is nearby and I already have my next appointment!! Parking is plentiful out front or at the rear of the salon. She is hands down the BEST when it comes to blonde. Not only does she nail the color perfectly, but she somehow keeps my hair healthy, shiny, and strong which feels impossible as a blonde. No breakage, no dullness, just really beautiful, natural-looking color every time. Beyond her talent, she's just the kind of person you want to sit in a chair with for hours. Warm, thoughtful, and truly cares about her clients. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your hair, Michelle is it. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my blonde.

I am so grateful for the day I met the owner of this salon, Betty. She is as hard working as they get. Yesterday, she spent hours with me getting my hair color just right, styling, cutting and making me feel like a million dollars! She didn't stop "fixing" until I was headed out the door. She really, really cares and wants her clients to leave happy. I've been going to her for a few months now. As I sat in her chair, I watched in amazement as walk in clients were each treated the same as I was...& each of the stylists took their time with each of their unique clients. That's EVEry stylist!!! They really seemed to enjoy their work! As the afternoon turned into evening, I know Betty had a dinner she needed to go to, but she never made me feel rushed, and continued to treat others calling or walking in with utmost customer service. I highly recommend Betty and her team @VIP salon in Palm Desert!

The color style I want isn't the easiest to achieve, but she made my vision a reality -- perfectly. I absolutely love the result. I've already gotten so many compliments, but what means the most is how spot-on she was in bringing my idea to life. She's highly skilled at cuts and color, detail-oriented, and genuinely listens, which makes the whole experience feel exceptionally personalized and special. And I have to mention the shampoo... the head massage will take you to heaven and back. I get so disappointed when stylists blow mindlessly through this part with the same massage they do on everyone. It's like she knows where my worries and headches live and she eases them away with hands-on intuition. Truly the best.
