I called the store not long before it was closing and Kamia told me to come and she'd stay on her own time to help me!! She is a force: so smart, efficient, skilled, and with a delightful personality. I'm old and used to folks not helping, but Kamia replaced a heavy, block of wood that passes for a chair in the store with a padded, comfy one for me. And she spoke in plain English, not tech jargon. Even so, it was clear she knows her stuff -- she managed to get my old, totally dead phone to work enough to transfer -- which a techie friend of mind couldn't do. I hope Verizon Russell recognize what a stellar representative they have in her, and how exemplary she makes Verizon Russell look to have her in the front line. In fact, the company would be smart to tap her to teach others how to mix terrific customer service with superior technical support. Camia is a gem.
