Horrible experience with your agent Natalie Robinson (Natalie Banks). You have a very unprofessional inexperienced agent representing your brokerage!! Came across Natalie "Bank" on Facebook in search of apartment rental, ended up qualifying to purchase a home for my son. Only thing she worked for and did for us was refer us to David Tache with Century Homes who was amazing with us. Never showed a single home and never met her in person. Everything was well until she was notified that a pause would be done due to USDA and went on her social media and expressed herself very bad of us by stating we wanted her time and she would sue us!! Stating she fixed credit for free and would no longer mess with people with bad credit and broke people and she would want proof of clients savings account from now and on and not to even call her if I didn't have good credit because guys where just wanting to hit on her and excusing herself for being sick as a reason for canceling appointments with us to meet up. She lacks experience and knowledge and well manners when working with clients. This is definitely not her line of work and is focused more on rapping and doesn't take real estate serious. She did not have closing prepared and did not communicate or participate in group chats with the sales representative and over promised closing guest and once closed she never came thru with delivering the gifts or making the client feel special . She showed up to closing unannounced and her mom showed up as well making it awkward. She lacks skills and knowledge and is saying she didn't get paid from century homes the builder as a excuse to not deliver the gifts and is accusing us of signing with another agent (false) and when we never signed with another agent. Your agents shouldn't be using social media to put clients down and show their frustrations, you should be shamed and embarrassed to have such a agent represent you!!!!!!! You can't go around threatening to sue people like that as their is a better way to handle these situations!!!! Please note that this company is essentially a shell company that is used simply as a hub for freelance realtors to have centralized documentation/organization. This review is specifically for a Nikola Knezevic. This person demonstrated poor professionalism, poor ethics, and borderline illegal behavior. They are an awful communicator, pressure salesperson, and only responds when it's beneficial for themselves. During our time of negotiations they did not respond to any initial communications, only until financial transactions on their side occurred, in which they used pressure tactics to gain financial opportunities in a speedy manner. During the option period they continued to let others tour the property and didn't properly update the listing status. Finally, once the deal fell through we had to threaten legal action in order to get them to return the earnest money. Just know that if you work with this person on deals, you are essentially working with a brick wall. Very risky working with this agent, whether as a buyer or a seller. NB Elite Realty and Mr. Nikola Knezevic are working in concert to scam clients for their Earnest Money on properties they are selling! On Nov 16, 2022. I paid and delivered my $2,700.00 earnest money check, set up my inspection $539.00 with 1st Rate Inspections, paid for my property appraisal ($640.00 to Texas Loan Star) and proceeded to purchase the property. Upon having the inspection completed, we found several issues with the home to include water damage, improper electrical wiring (breaker box - original with major issues in "bundled wires" leading to a 1981 breaker box that was not in compliance with today's electrical requirements, as well as outlets not working, the Heater not heating the the air conditioning not functioning properly. We immediately contacted the Selling Agent/Agency to request a concession based on the findings. Upon making the request, Nikola Knezevic tore into Kassie Locke stating, "The Buyer has to buy as is or I am pulling the contract and keeping his earnest money! In fact, I am done, I am pulling the contract today and he will not get his earnest money back. I am keeping it!" At this point, Metropolitan Escrow and Title Company was holding the earnest money. Upon hearing he was pulling the contract, I aske Kassie whether or not we had received the Condominium Bylaws and/or their HOA SOA from NB Elite Realty or Mr. Nikola Knezevic. Kassie reached out to Metropolitan Escrow & Title that day to request the email/documentation provided by NB Elite Realty and/or Mr. Nikola Knezevic to find out these documents were never delivered. Based on the Residential Condominium Contract (Resale) provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission, Section 2. Property and Condominium Documents, it clearly states in Section B: Paragraph (2): The Seller is to provide the Buyer with The Declaration, Bylaws and Rules of the Association, within 14 days of the "Effective Date" of the contract. Neither the Bylaws or the Rules of the Association were provided until Dec 16, 2022, when the contract was executed on Nov 16, 2022. Since the BUYER, Majid Ale-Ebrahim, did not receive the Bylaws or the Rules of the Association, I terminated the contract on Dec 16, 2023 for lack of meeting contractual obligations explicitly written in the TREC Contract. He was honest with how homes were priced and the condition they were in. At one point when we were looking at a house in 5th Ward I told Chuck I wanted to buy the house. Chuck firmly and politely told me that I was not buying the house we looked at that day. He ended up being right on all fronts once I began to learn more and more about house buying in Houston. Chuck remained communicative throughout the whole house buying process. He is a busy man and still was able to meet my needs in a timely manner on a consistent basis. Chuck's knowledge of Houston real estate proved to be exactly what I needed. He taught me what to look for in a house and when prices are negotiable and what prices are not. Despite my green-horn abilities and knowledge of buying property, Chuck was accommodating, nice and resisted being rude when I asked blatantly amateur questions. He told the crew the property was abandoned, knowing full well that it was not. He failed to contact me to inform me that the survey crew would be out there and decided to try and not wait and have the crew break in to finish the survey. I recently moved to Texas after losing everything during the covid lock down in my state. I found a home that nikola knezevic with NB reality Houston TX, owned and advertised. He told me that it was a for sale by owner and owner financed. He was the owner. He said with just 2000 to hold it we could close in 10 days no credit check. I showed him my Disability paperwork from the VA as proof of income. He said the only problem was the HVAC system. After signing paperwork and getting a closing date he informed me the pipes maybe cracked aswell from the storm I went back to the property with a plumber and found the entire home needed to have the plumbing done. While investigating this I found the insulation and garbage had been stuffed under the home. The plumber could not move threw all the garbage to fix pipes. The floors had been warped from the water damage and sewage was backed up. Looking further into property found cockroaches in the home. I informed him about this he said he would fix the plumbing but did not send a plumber when he said he would. I went to his office and told him that the home was unlivable. He said that it's my problem and he was keeping.my money. He kept the property on the market this whole time. He said he took the home off the market. He said it cost him 2000 for the 10 days that went by. After begging for my money, because he knew I was in a RV with my wife and 4 kids. He started to play the victim started yelling at me and my wife and threatened to call the police when I begged for my money back. He stated that he has had hundreds of people find his property unfavourable and kept there money too. He said if you dont like it sue him. After telling him that I would write a review he said he was going to sue me. Nikola knezevic knew that I needed a home asap and that I had only my VA Disability pay and no other income for a family of six. This man takes advantage of vulnerable people in desperate situations. He admitted as such. I have never felt this angry in my life. He maybe a real estate agent but he has a side hustle that scams people in low income brackets. Stay away from him. I did work for a realtor here named Bryan Schild and his wife. When we were just about finished they both left. We called and they said they were in Houston so we would have to send them an invoice. I did and it was totally ignored for a week. Then the wife responds and tells me to call her husband Bryan for payment. I email and call and text with no response for about 2 more weeks. Bryan finally accidentally answered and pretends I have the wrong number and that he knows nothing about power washing and that he doen't even live in the area. I confirmed in multiple ways that it was indeed the correct number. Tried to call back but he already blocked my number....as did his wife. Turns out he doesn't even own the home...so it is a home he is representing in his capacity as a real estate agent with NB. I emailed the owner Nebo and no response.
