He did a lot of work while I was trying to sell my house and many other jobs in between. They do excellent work every time. They get you on the schedule in a fairly quick amount of time. The quotes are competitively priced, and the thing I love about Mr. Handyman is they will not look for other jobs to do $$$ while in your house and try to rip you off and sell you something you don't need. If anything they will go in and tell you how you can save money on a job or if something really even needs to be repaired at all. They've been my go-to handyman service for a long time, they are trustworthy, fair and they won't let you down. You will be pleased with their services. You should give them a try.

Stay away! Sounds very nice and convey eagerness and a lot…read moreof good will as a young professional looking to make a living; i was naive. As he has a Yelp Guarantee, Dwayne was hired to make a house "rental ready", including complete paint of walls, ceiling, doors, trim and baseboard and other items. 1. He did not deliver the mutually signed scope of work. 2. Promised to show receipts for material he bought, and did not. he told me he needs to buy completely new paint to match; i agreed and asked him to keep the original in the garage... but when i asked about it, he told me he through it away. oh ya... 3. He did not complete the job - not on time nor AT ALL. As I am remote, he represented that he painted everything, and showed me certain things on video, via zoom. But when tenant came to the house, i got the reality in my face. he made paint touches, unprofessionally, with different paint color on the wall, trim and basedboard. i will let you judge by the pictures. I am not suggesting he did nothing, but he did not do many other items he said he had done; i had to get other vendors and pay twice. I sufferred losses, and had to rent out the house "as is" at a lower rental rate. Bottom line - he got his chance; I would not give him another. You can judge for yourself!

TL;DR: Handyman Matters is a great business with great people and great service and I am glad to have found them! I have a rental property in Atlanta but I no longer reside in GA. It is imperative for me to know a handyman who is good at what they do and trustworthy. And same goes for the tenant who has to interact with the handyman and be comfortable. Handyman Matters is it. I am glad to have found them. It is always a pleasure speaking with them. Lindsay is helpful and makes things much easier for me. Even though I have not been there myself to meet the handymen or see the work, I know I don't need to worry about the quality and they stand behind their work. The tenant has really good feedback for them as well.

I was in the process of selling my home when I unexpectedly ended up with three huge holes cut into my basement ceiling (due to some last minute plumbing work requested by the Buyers). On a Friday, with the closing scheduled for Monday morning, Michael and his guys patched the holes and painted them with leftover paint I had. Unfortunately, the paint I gave them was not a good match at all. In addition, the upstairs AC quit working at the same time and it was hot as Hades up there! Although Michael doesn't generally work on weekends, he came out the next day, on a Saturday, and he brought along his HVAC man. The two of them got everything fixed. The ceiling looked like new and the AC was working great by the time the two of them left. I was the last to leave. At the exact moment I was backing down the driveway, the Buyers showed up to do their final walkthrough! (Talk about cutting it close!) Anyway, apparently, they were happy with everything they saw because the closing went off without a hitch the following Monday morning. I plan to use MCO Professionals for future work. I was very pleased with the quality of the jobs that were done; the price was the best of all the estimates I received; and Michael is very personable and easy to work with.

He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.
