Ordered a sofa in June,special size. It arrived earlier than expected. You have to pay for everything in advance. What arrived was an absolute shambles. Poor quality, no fire label as required by law. Highly flammable material. I complained first by phone and then by NSF WhatsApp. A person calling themselves Charlie but in reality was Caoimhe the owner, keyboard warrior and failed model who became abusive and blocked me. Her father Derek phoned me and promised to fix the matter. Promised new couch a week later. Told him I wanted money back. 4 weeks later no couch and no refund. Then a guy called Lee rang me and told me he was taking over case and I would have new couch within a week. Again 4 weeks later nothing! They finally relented and promised refund. I sent my bank and card details. No refund. I rang again and was told driver was bringing cash and would collect sofa. But they wanted sofa first. No way! Eventually they again relented and paid cash first. Please run away from these gangsters. In my opinion they are a front for something. Their registered office in Dunshaughlin in nothing but a rented house. Tenants never heard of Navan Sofa Factory. Run away! read more
