After the other place could not simply solution it in a simple, polite way that I would expect, I now had the assistance of 3 lovely young women at Huffman's who went to work and got me exactly what I needed. I had to be a little patient. I was willing to do that. Within an hour they secured me my rental and I was on my way. It changed everything for me that day. They turned a potentially horrible day into a beautiful one. So to the women who worked the rental desk in back of Huffman's - you were my hero this past Thursday. I think all of you were FABULOUS, kind, and killer at your job. I know I told you that numerous times, but I want everyone else that I got wonderful service here, and to know that there are other, better options than another family named business in town. I locked my lincoln town car keys in the trunk w/ the ice cream of course. I call jerry's and they told me the price up frontly immediately came out. The thing with that Lincoln ISIS, if you don't have the keyless entry code which I'm the fifth owner, I don't have it. And with all the automatic locks and no key, all the lacks were disabled. There was no way to pop the lax or given to the trunk.Because of the way that locke system is. Nonetheless, a young man who worked at jerry's spent at least a half hour or more trying to get into the car for me. I was able to contact a friend to pick me up and get me to my house to get the other key. The young man did tell me they could make another key to get me into the car, but the cost would have been much more.And because he wasn't able to get into the car, the conventional way without getting a key made, he didn't charge me. There you are, young man spent his gas. Effort, time trying to help an old lady who was panicking about getting to her dogs that were in the car.And he didn't charge me a dime, and I want to give a good shout out for jerry's because these are good, decent, honest and helpful people. His selections in the store were much more than thought possible. His staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel like royalty! Jeremy was our flooring installer. He and his helper worked tirelessly to install our new flooring purchased from Interiors by Philip in Ft. Madison, Iowa. They were very personable, experienced, and explained everything they planned to do. Moving furniture was no problem for them at all. They cleaned up after themselves, too. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Interiors by Philip!
