He was done in an hour and a half as promised. He was quick, quiet (I live directly under her), and corteous. He quickly realized that no matter what he did, the job would never be good enough for that daft woman; which is when he completely owned the situation by refusing to let her pay and putting her in her place. I would hire Rich in a heartbeat. We at this Montrose complex salute you. She showed me and another neighbor her carpet after you finished. We both will vouge that you did an awesome job. That woman might just be the most narcisstic person I have ever met. She has not worked in over 19 years (although is capable) and has been involved in mutiple lawsuits against different companies since I have lived here where she believes she should be payed for her "pain and suffering". Keep in mind I've only lived her for three months... She will never be happy. Just last week a tire company supposedly screwed up her brakes. I am sorry you had to put up with that; nobody that works hard for a living should be treated in such a manor. Rich, you deserve a raise.
