They had me in with my girls and myself within 2.5 hours. Everyone there treated us at different times and I cannot express how happy I am. I have been there 3x now over the years and everytime it's been wonderful. I would recommend for anyone even suspecting bc they do a check for you reasonably. I took my daughter's in for a treatment since they had been found to have head lice, they are 3&5 years old. I also got myself checked.... I spent over $400, then was told I needed a follow up in 7-10 days to be sure the problem was taken care of. I went back and brought my husband to get checked since in order to get your 30 day guarantee everyone in the house needs to be checked, even my bald husband. That appointment with the follow up treatment was again about $200. After that they told me I had a 30 day guarantee that my house would be lice free. That was March 2nd, today I found live adult life on my youngest. Ecstatic that I had the 30 days guarantee I called naughty nits to make an appointment for the free treatment that is covered in the guarantee..... Nope. They will not stand by their guarantee, they now want me to pay again for all of us to get checked and treated. I already spent $600! If they had stood by their word and given me the guarantee they had promised I would happily have given 5 stars. In my line of work I have recommended this service to parents of my pediatric patients, I will no longer be doing that either. Great place. We had a group of teenage girls on a Sports team that had it. All girls were checked and treated at this clinic. Place was clean and efficient. I have to say I enjoyed my experience with naughty nits. It is a little miss leading with the first visit. I went for my follow up and they did find a few eggs and a baby in my daughter hair. I asked if we are still covered under the 30 days and I was told because my whole house was not check we are not covered. It is expensive it should be covered. That's where they get you. They do push their products on you which is a little annoying. The staff is great and answered all my questions though. read more

I stared out with 5 stars:: NNits Saved my LO(little one) from an infestation. The wonderful technician who did his treatment was amazing! I could not have been more thankful for her to stay late after hours to do his treatment. She was super knowledgeable, kind, understanding and professional! Now I bring it down to 3 stars:: the technicians were not as expected for our follow up appointment. We had everyone checked again. I didn't mind paying the $25 per head to have the piece of mind. I get it. But everyone was clear except for one nit that they "found" on my husband. One- and they showed it to him and he saw nothing... the technicians started their sale pitches. We felt like we were in a live infomercial! But wait....there's more.... The technician kept going on and on about the treatments of lice and prevention. I explained we already did our research and was already educated as per previous technician for the first procedure 5days ago. She probably didn't even hear me because she was still talking, still trying to up-sell us treatments for my husband for the invisible nit that they so called found. I would have considered doing a treatment at the clinic, but we honestly could not stand being there one more minute listening to any of it. I felt super uncomfortable. Felt like just a number with dollar signs. Not impressed, was super unprofessional. The only saving grace for me to ever go back there again is the great technician that we had the first time, and the nice lady that cashed us out at the end of the appointment. So... What a horrible experience!! First of all, they will charge you hundreds of dollars for the first treatment that's supposed to be so great and then tell you that you have to come back 7 days later in case they missed anything for a follow up and spend hundreds more! Be very careful! So after we had already spent hundreds, of course they missed some and we had to go find alternative treatment. But that's just where it begins. So we had numerous family members checked and treated back in Sept. 2017. I paid part of the bill on my card and others paid part of the bill on their cards. Well... someone else (not me) disputed the charge on their card and had a complaint with naughty nits. I had no idea because I didn't dispute any of my charges. Fast forward 5 months later to Jan of 2018. Marnie calls me and says, we know it wasn't you, but someone else disputed the charge on their card and we want you to pay us $410 dollars right now since you were also on the account. I explained to her I had no idea that the other person had disputed the charge and that I would speak to them to try to resolve it. I also explained I didn't have the money available to help with this at the moment. She got very nasty and stated "we need the money right now". The other person who was actually the person responsible ended up calling them and paying 100 towards it because that was what they had on the spot to pay. So I wake up the next day to find Marnie fraudulently charged my card for $310 without my permission! I called and called to try to explain they cant just charge my card without my permission, especially as I wasn't even the one who disputed the transaction... it was someone else on their card, not mine! I was also a little surprised they had even kept my card numbers on file for the last 5 months! Anyways, another owner, Lisa, calls me and leaves a voicemail that they have permission to charge my card whenever they want and I need to call her lawyer and then her and Marnie refuse to speak to me reasonably about the situation. They ignored all my calls. Obviously I called my Bank and explained that Naughty Nits had no authorization to charge my card and they issued a refund to me and opened a fraud claim. Be very very careful with these people! The service is shady, they want your money, and they will keep your card info on file! They believe they can do whatever they want with it, when they want! read more

I understand that the prices can scare some people but licensed technician will do an outstanding job and inform you of everything you need to know, and removing the problem. This is an embarrassing problem to have happen to your family, if you have the money available, it's well worth it! My youngest daughter had lice recently. I have never heard of this place until then. I was told they are very expensive and you will leave there having spent a lot of money. I didn't believe that. I went and got my daughter treated. They recommended everyone be checked... For a fee... We had already all been checked by the school nurse and by my mom and we were told we were good. They insisted the school nurses don't do a good check... We should let them do one... Of course... They are not looking for infestation. They are checking for a single egg/nit.... Surprisingly all of us tested positive. I asked how bad she said she can't tell she would have to treat us first. I knew better, I said my mom could treat us... I was told nothing else works; the shampoos they sell in the store don't work because the FDA cut the drug in half. The lady explained she was a client before a customer and she spent hundreds of dollars prior to going there; if we don't all get treated my youngest will get re-infested and the money I have already spent will be wasted. She said if my mom treats us we are putting her at risk for catching it.... As I sat there knowing everything she was saying was untrue I let my fear get the best of me and paid for all of us to get treated. When I asked if nothing else works what do lower income families do who can't afford this... She said that's why they all stay infested.... It was unbelievable. To top it off the service is nothing more than a blow dryer.... If u have a Blow dryer with one of those attached diffusers u can "dehydrate" them yourself. At the end of my treatment the nicer girl shows me the comb they use. She says if you buy this comb you will never have to come here again. She also tells me it was a very mild case.... If you would have told me this from the beginning I would have paid $16 for the comb and been done. After leaving there I was so upset that I allowed my fear to get the best of me. What a horrible way to do business by taking advantage of people in such a vulnerable situation. They don't care; they are a business and they are there to make money off you, not to help you. Also all deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. they sneak that in there as well. I would NEVER recommend them. Just use the shampoo and buy the comb... Or use your blow dryer at home for free!!!
