Number two: the customer service levels are excellent, truly unparalleled in the world of high street banking. Why am I making such a fuss of this you might ask/? Lloyds Tsb in Breck Road is one of the best banks that i have been in.It is always nice and tidy.It…read morehas 2 cash machines outside and one inside,There is always 2 or 3 cashere on there desks and someone on the help desk.I come into this bank on a regular occasion and the staff are more than happy to help with problems they even call out a manager if they cant help and the manager brings you to his office to do his best to help.This bank can open new accounts as well as help with mortgages and credit cards.I would give this bank 10/10 excellent sevice
