This branch of Natwest is one of the many stores which the brand has in Manchester city centre, this is probably the newest store located in Piccadilly Station next to Sainsbury's Local and the old Starbucks unit.
Inside, the store is quite small and the store is basically only designed for banking on the go, with two machines outside the store on the station concourse for withdrawing and paying in money, the typical machines one would expect to find inside the bank.
Inside the bank it basically was bare, there was one member of staff who seemed helpful enough, albeit she only seemed helpful, welcoming and engaging after she saw me walk out after talking pictures with no welcome the first time around
Inside the store is quite nice yet typical Natwest décor.
This branch is useful in its current location in a train station and is okay, but due to lack of facilities offered, it doesn't feel like a full, strong Natwest branch, it just feels like it lacks so much, because of this I sadly feel the store only deserves a two-star rating.
UPDATE: After some consideration, I feel this bank deserves a higher rating than originally decided, I feel this bank now has done enough for a three-star rating mainly down to its opening hours, being incredible for a bank, where it is even open on Sunday's, and the outside cash machines which are on the station concourse also are great, making this bank easy to pay money into your account at any time of day, whether the bank is opening or not, it might not be the best of Natwest stores, for example due to the location and it doesn't get too busy, it never seems to have enough staff, nor is it the newest (as of next week anyway) with a new city-centre branch of Natwest opening, but still I feel I was a little harsh on this Natwest at Piccadilly Station previously and good service at more hours than any other bank in the city-centre deserves the rating upgrade. read more
