The crew was professional and hardworking (hardworking is an understatement). They used updated equipment and wore and used safety gear. When they completed the job, they cleaned up my yard (even cleaner than what it was before they arrived). They are the only service company I would recommend. I'm a very happy customer. Affordable tree came out and they told me that they could do most of the work but leave the limb touching the wires. However, they had sent a truck to spray a few days earlier to spray but it was raining. The guy called and he told me that it would not be recommended to do a spraying in the rain. I said ok and assumed they would come back out very soon as crab trees have a short time frame to be sprayed due to the apple scab fungus. Now, it is too late. They should have honored the contract and at least sprayed this year and then said it would be the last year. I know people that work there and from what I know, I would not go anywhere near this business in the future if I were you reading this. If you want to kill your business, ask Cassity how they did it. I am ashamed to even have done business with them now knowing what I know. My trees, however, are not going to do well this year.
