I called for a respray 5 times hoping they would come before the all of the weeds still thriving went to seed and blew around the yard. Nope NO SHOW. So now I expect more weeds from the new seeds. Terrible service! Weeds are not even wilted 18 days after application. The guy zig Zaged thru the yard as fast as the machine would go so I'm not surprised about the poor results. I called and told the local dealer about the situation and they said they have a quarentee and would come out and meet with me next week when things dried up a bit. My sister in law recommended them. My brother was going to use them for my mom's house. So I decided to go with them. Our lawn was seriously hurting. There was a lot of bare spots and looked like a dirt yard with a few patches of grass. So they came out for the first treatment and let me say it is turning to be a a full yard of grass. The dirt patches now have grass and the weeds seem to have disappeared. With all that rain it washed away the weed killer , so they came and resprayed. We are excited to see what it will look like after a few more times that they will come. read more

This business should deserve a zero star. They should also be reported to the bbb. Anyone who's considering using the service should really reconsider. Please look at the past reviews. Especially one that was reviewed on July 3rd 2016 and Jan 21 2018. We signed up for the mosquito applications which were fine but did not completely get rid of our mosquito issue. We then decided to do a lawn application. We were very unsatisfied with the lawn application as it really did not help any of our weeds. We did call them to cancel applications for the future. They reassured us multiple times that they canceled the service. We have been getting non-stop calls as well as invoices from them saying that we owe them multiple lawn applications. No services were done. I have security cameras around the house that do not show their services on said dates. It seems that they have a very poor documentation. This has happened to multiple people. This is complete fraud. These guys need to be held accountable. Planning on reporting them to the BBB for all the headache and inconvenience that they have put my wife and I through. Again if you look, they have poor reviews. Save yourself the headache and go to anyone but them. Update: received a call from corporate after this yelp review and was credited money back. Staff is very friendly when I called to get info about services, I ordered services for the season. I was informed my yard would be sprayed for weeds by the end of the next week, after I called and an invoice would be left in my door and I have a month to pay the invoice, a month AFTER SERVICES ARE PERFORMED. Three weeks later no service received but I did receive an invoice in the mail. The company asked for payment, yet I received no services. I called and was informed they are busy, someone will call me before they come out. Over a month later I received a voicemail in the evening that someone will spray my yard the next day. I called the company, left a message to inform the company that I wasn't happy, the time frame was way longer than what I was informed of when I first signed up, I didn't think that was professional and I wasn't happy, I told them to please not provide the services. The next day I received another voicemail stating the company doesn't usually practice this way. If you look at the Facebook reviews, others had the same issues and I discovered other friends have as well. Very disappointing. This is not a great first and last impression. read more

Have had this service for over a decade and every year the service gets worse and worse, have call to get them to come out after I have seen them at another house twice and just drive by me. I pay in advance, maybe that is part of the problem. This review pertains to the Sturtevant location. The customer service rep who answers phones is exceptional. She listens, is empathetic and tries to get appropriate action on customers behalf. Our problems began on 06-18-20 when Nathan sprayed our lawn with Triclopyr4. We noticed within a day that our previously healthy tomatoes, roses, raspberries and a few perinneal bushes leaves were curling in a very weird way. I called Naturescape and explained we garden organically due to cancer risks in family. Someone was sent out to take pictures of damaged plants. Representative stated we were not the only customers to complain about damaged tomato plants. I was advised Mgr would call be back on Monday. No call for several weeks. I called them to ask what was happening. Ryan (Mgr??) tried to tell me my damage was due to weather. When I advised I did not believe that to be true , he asked for "before" pictures of plants. I had a few of the roses, which I forwarded to him. He stated the Regional rep was there and he would discuss our situation with them and get back to me. He called a few days later to let me know he would be coming out to look at our property.....Really? How many times do I have to be inconvenienced for Naturescapes negligent actions? I had been ill with Coronavirus since early July and was not interested in yet another "visit" to my home. My apologies to the customer service rep who had to take the heat when I called to uninvite Ryan. Naturescape says that "my satisfaction is guaranteed". I am not satisfied. I work hard to have a nice garden for a few short months in WI , I am heartbroken that this year I will have no roses and am sure not going to eat the tomatoes, raspberries, etc. I am however, tempted to serve Ryan a big old bowl of the tomatoes off the plants that were sprayed and see if he is interested in ingesting them? Final note; we have been customers of Naturescape for 10 yrs. I friend who owns a commercial landscape business advised Naturescape needs to put guards on the sides of the sprayer to avoid spraying anything other than the intended ground. Sounds like it could save them a lot of unhappy customers. read more

AVOID! The very first time they applied a lawn treatment, they damaged the lawn. Now there are chemical burn tracks in the lawn. When asked, they tell me that the chemicals they apply build up on the tires and cause the damage. THEY EITHER DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR DO NOT KNOW. We had Naturescape when we first moved to our house 3 years ago. We paid and they came once. Then they would not come again until we called to "remind" them. Last summer we did forego anything for our lawn and it looked terrible. Knowing my parents had a good experience with the company, we gave them another shot this year. We paid the Muskego office, they came out once, sprayed and aerated our yard...now nothing since. Since we already paid I'll be calling to "remind" them to come again but looks like TruGreen or another service will get our business in the future. read more

They have staff problems and the consumer has to suffer. Started late this season and the weeds after spraying don't seem to die. Their guy speeds around with a machine driven device and miss the areas that he cannot get to. Also I have been told it takes 2 weeks for weeds to die after spraying. It is now August and the same weeds have been in the lawn since June. Their staff is friendly, but don't have a hand weed sprayer where this riding machine cannot get to. Tons of clover, grab grass. A landscaping company that won't trim trees (I was told they're too tall - so I got a ladder and did it myself), they won't seed grass or lay sod?!?! Then what do they do? They roll out an ATV and drive around lightly for 6 minutes sprinkling fertilizer 4-ish times a year consistently about 2 hours before it rains. They did say that if it rains after their application I can call them and they will come back - I thought maybe they should save that phone call, and proactively check the weather - and just hold off? It's an expensive way to fertlize. read more

Awful service! I used them last year for snow removal and they were decent and dependable. This year they are a nightmare. Never showed up all season until last Friday February 9th. I had to call again to remind them to come and had previously spoken to them about not showing up even though I set up services on September 6th 2017 for the 2017/2018 winter season. The agreement was to come for 4 inches or more and we have certainly had that before this last snow. They were supposed to do all of my sidewalks and drive and city walk. They also said that included salting. They raised their price this year but I was happy to pay for the service, had they actually done the service they charge for. When they came on February 9th we had gotten a big snow. They only plowed 2/3 of my drive in back and left all the snow on the other 1/3. I had to shovel it all out in order to fit the cars. They also blew snow into my garbage cart and recycle cart almost burying them so I had to dig them out. They did not do the sidewalks on the side of my yard or going around to the front or the front walk! My neighbor had done a small path on the city walk just to have a path until my service came as they did not come until almost the end of the day. I called and informed the office staff that all they did was 2/3 of my drive in back and left everything else! She said they drove by and said it was done. I told her one small path on the city walk but they needed to complete it as that is what I agreed to pay for their price. Also they did not touch the other walks. She said she would send them back to complete the work. I had to leave but when I arrived home later found the front sidewalk still was not done. He sloppily did the front and side walks but left just the little path on the city walk. I had to shovel when it was dark and hard. Had I left it go there would have been nowhere to put the next snow, which came today. I have referred others to them and given them good business, apparently they do not need or want good paying customers. They do not deserve my business. I will give it to a company who appreciates my money and provides the service they charge for. read more

Two weeks ago they told me they would be out to do spring aeration the next day. No one showed up, got a phone call saying they would need to reschedule in 3 to 5 days.
