I had concerns with some area prepped for sod and was treated like a troublesome customer from the workers. They put fill dirt in areas that evidently sprouted weeds everywhere. He did offer to come back to kill the yard and cut it out to re-lay new sod, but at this point I could not trust him or his crew to do it properly so I counter offered a small refund and I would deal with my yard myself. He agreed to the refund claiming he will type up an agreement stating he will pay the refund within 30 days. I texted him about the agreement and refund and his reply was "I intend to honor the refund. However, I can't give the money right now." No such agreement has been typed up and shown to me after 2 months. I don't recommend doing business with them!
