I asked about hookah tips and while they don't sell hookah attachments, one of the guys told me where I could them. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the guy's name who worked there but he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Awesome customer service and pretty decent pricing is a great combo! He was talking to my husband while he was paying and so my husband didn't pay attention to how much the guy charged him. When we get there the guy tells him they don't do refunds. That's pretty messed up. Never again will they get our business.
