We started researching it and found that they will use some kind of saline solution (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) to preserve the longevity of the fish. The effect of this solution is an exaggerated puffing of the fish enlarging it and turning the fish into an inedible rubber texture. Awful! How in a place surrounded by water and local fishing, can fresh fish not be in markets - but sold like it is fresh?

The tone and way she addressed me, I felt like a child being scolded by their parent. After getting my herbs. I wanted to get some aromatic oils, and what they had in testers they were out in stock. Then when I went to see what oils they had for human consumption, she was right under my nose. This was way beyond catering to a customer.
