The customer service at this store doesn't even compare to any other store. The owner is an amazing guy, very professional, and is really good at making good impressions and connections with his customers, but best of all he truly listens to his customers feedback and always is working to fit our needs. Not to mention that the rest of the employees are amazing as well, every time I walk in this store I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and always have a good conversation. They have a wide-variety of products that are always high quality and the prices are pretty fair as-well. I'm always happy with the purchases I make at this shop and even if I'm not they are always more than happy to help fix the problem or find an alternative. The inside is really nice, always kept clean and smells really nice. I would highly suggest this vape shop. It's better than any other shop I've been to. Also if you do go to this vape shop you have to make sure you ask to see their glass room in the back, the pieces they have in their are beautiful and nice to look at even if your not actually buying some that day.

My big complaint was the young lady working the register today, I'd drop a name but she didn't have a name tag on. She greeted the lady in front of me and was polite to her. When I got up, I received no greeting, no smile, nothing. There was an older couple behind me, she was friendly and engaged them as I was paying, offering suggestions to their issue. After I paid, she handed me my receipt, didn't thank me for spending my money there, didn't wish me a nice day. I gave her plenty of opportunities. I took my receipt, smiled at her and told her to have a wonderful day. Didn't cost me anything extra and it is a simple thing to do. We found a seat and I ordered a tenderloin sandwich, Mom got a chicken fried chicken meal. Ordering was fast, but it did take quite a while for our food to arrive. Probably being one of the first tables to order lunch influenced the timing. As you'll see in pictures others have posted of the food, the portions are HUGE. I ate my delicious fries and a few bites of tenderloin and Mom had some nibbles around on hers and we were already full so we packaged up our leftovers to take home. We ended up eating 4 meals EACH out of what we'd ordered! Mom said the breading on her chicken wasn't very flavorful. My breading was fine, but it does seem to be a different coating on the two items. Minus one star for the comfy, but very soiled seats that looked like 25 years of science experiments gone wrong.
