The associates and business owner alike are VERY knowledgeable in their products, which helps because when you first walk into the store there are an alarming amount of shelves and products on all of them. But they can navigate the store with such ease and finesse that even if you can't find what you're looking for, or are like me and don't even know what you're looking for but know what you need, they can lead you to it with pinpoint accuracy. How about this idea: Insert chill packs with the product and double box for added insulation, added cost, less than a dollar. Take a lesson from the pros that ship chocolate products correctly. Terrible customer service on a high margin product. Someone should school shipping on how to correctly ship chocolate, in any weather and to any state. What should have been an easy, inexpensive fix cost them my business going forward and I liked the product. Saving the dime has cost them the dollar.
