Of course, we enjoyed walking through the other sections of the building and I did notice ladies accessory items strewn throughout with a few articles of clothing. While I am always open to change and am sure there must have been a reason for it, I do miss the previous set-up and unfortunately doubtful I will frequent as often. However, It does offer many unique home decor items and antiques at reasonable price points.

My mom went to Eash Sales to surprise me with a 5ft wooden A-frame swing. The delivery came, but we were told that only the swing itself comes assembled- the A-frame to house the swing did not. Upon calling the store, we spoke to Marty, owner/manager, who confirmed this, and said he did not know where the miscommunication occurred but implying it was my mom and son who heard wrong. Nonetheless, the swing was put together by the delivery guy. When my mom asked for a loyal customer token of appreciation for all the chaos and miscommunication, Marty basically called her integrity and character into question and claimed she had been planning this entire interaction for compensation. I was appalled that a long time customer would be treated this way, and I am extremely disappointed. Whatever happened to treating a customer with kindness and valuing their loyalty?

Everyone was so friendly. So helpful. My friend was picking fabrics for a small wall hanging. This is her first foray into civil war, reproduction fabrics. Caroline was so enthusiastic, it was inspiring to watch. She explained what she was thinking and looking for in her color choices. I bought three kits. I never, ever buy kits. The fun is choosing fabrics, right? But her color sense is beyond belief. I can't wait to get home and start sewing ! I can't wait to go back. Please visit.
