Alyssa did a whole health assessment on my hair's history. At my first visit she looked into my hair like a crystal ball and told me its life story. She knew what my go-to style was, what types of products I was using, what my hair was like as a kid (mindblown!), and that I was overloading my hair with conditioner (I didn't know that was a thing). She never tries to talk me into an add on or a more expensive option. She explains why her recommendations would be a good idea for MY hair instead of "ALL natural girls should do this". Instead of just saying "you should come back every three weeks" or giving you verbal instructions on how to care for your hair, she'll walk you through a hands-on session.
