Shelly was super sweet and did a great job on my son's hair. The whole session didn't last more than 10 minutes. My son did surprisingly well - largely distracted by Mickey Mouse on the tv - and it wasn't until the end until he shed a few tears. Shelly was so friendly and patient, keeping him as comfortable as possible. Prices are reasonable, service is sweet, and the outcome looked great. I'm sure we'll be back.

I have tried it all--waxing, tweezing, sugaring, threading....and she is by far the best. She BLOWS AWAY the other options in Milwaukee, to be sure. I'm always aiming for a full, youthful, but high arched brow. No one else here seems to understand how to achieve that. She has been patiently coaxing my brows into shape since Nordstrom opened and I found her. Now I am constantly complimented on my eyebrows...by complete strangers. I recommend her to every woman I know. And, aside: such a sweet, fun girl to blab with while I'm having my service.

I wasn't sure who was working there, who was security or who was browsing, a man walked behind the counter and I told him what I was looking for. First he said he didn't have any, then handed me a packet that was $.99. I thought "score!" Upon further reading, I realized it was just toner that had to be used in combination with this elusive powder lightener. Save yourself the time and trouble (and being solicited to buy a purse from a van) and go to Sally Beauty.
