I learned more about him as person, than he learned about my medical history as he was talking a lot about himself. He was very manic, changing topics rapidly, talking really fast, etc. There were many more issues. I message Brennan after to let him know that I wasn't happy and why to try to resolve the issue. He messaged me back and blamed me and took no personal accountability. I asked for a partial refund the issues. He said he would give me a partial refund and then never did. If he had sent me the partial refund of $20, that he offered but never sent, I would never have posted this review publicly but I gave him 6 months to make it right. Zero stars.

When I was at my lowest point and sick from my lung collapsing due to what I thought was endometriosis and turned out to be endo, I wanted a plan to work on gut health and balance hormones because endometriosis is a hormone illness. She thought it was from Covid. But she sold me a 4,000 dollar machine maybe even 5,000 I can't remember which one and said it can heal everything!! We did a saliva hormone test and she started me on a protocol. I felt great and had a pain free period but then the test was lost and I had to stop protocol take another test and then start again. My lung ended up collapsing again by the time the results came back. At that point she advised me to do what my doctors say and would not give me any advice on what to do. She checked out she did not even give me a plan when my test results came back. I believe in western medicine for emergency but chronic illnesses not going to help much. So if you are having health challenges she will not be there for you if your case is out of the norm or if you are actually sick. I would never recommend her! I would stick with a functional medicine doctor that is ready to take on everything small and big and actually runs true in depth testing and not just put your finger on a machine. Not saying that does not work but I saw her a few years prior when I was extremely healthy and she did not pick up that I had a hormonal imbalance or endometriosis which of if I would have had in depth testing then I could have potentially stopped in from getting so severe it traveled to my chest. Most functional medicine docs will see you telemedicine and the ones I see now don't push there products and machines. They make a big in depth care plan and you order the supplements on websites they recommend the brands and also use compounding pharmacies. Dr. If I had my old phone I would upload our convos of her telling me to just listen to my doctor and pretty much abandoning all care even though I deserved a on after a paid test that showed estrogen dominance. I first visited to discuss a surgical procedure for my facial nerve. Even with me traveling here from across the country, everything was a well orchestrated symphony. The electronic check in systems gave me exactly what I needed to know, and told me precisely where to go. When I arrived, they even told me where I needed to sit for when I'd be called back. The care team took their time with me and I had all my questions answered and we agreed on next steps. They even got me in, same day, to talk to a physical therapist, since I was from out of town.

What I will describe to you is the phone system, the RN or MD calls you, and leaves a VM with the phone number to call back. Alas, you cannot call the number that is provided. I have a heart procedure scheduled, and you would think proper care would involve the hospital providing the patient with an important phone number to call in the VM. Of course, perhaps I am not an international patient who pays cash?? This practice should stop, full stop. I was told by a kind receptionist that the nurse ( who called 4 times within 10 minutes while I was teaching) leaving an accurate phone number to call back, was possibly a HIPA violation. What is going on here? This is ridiculous! Is leaving the correct number a HIPA violation, I think not. If so, how about a modern variation TEXT me the proper information, that is used with many Mayo correspondence. The app doesn't help, when responding to the updated time that was described in the VM.
