The system for ordering is a bit different but very simple: 1. choose whatever you want from the salad bar; 2. select two side dishes; 3. pick your primary dish (out of four options, one of which is vegan or vegetarian). The interior is modern with wood, a few bright colors, and clean lines. There's booths by the windows, regular tables, benches, and a small outdoor area. Clientele consists mostly (not exclusively) of office workers. Service is super friendly. The food is quite good. Not memorable maybe but my soy-lentil salad really was excellent. The penne and farofa also were great. My tilapia had been on the hot plate a bit too long but the dressing was tasty. Prices are 1.5-2 times higher than a simple buffet, but obviously you pay for what you get. Healthy quality lunch in a modern and inviting setting. Very nice to see a place like this in BH.

The buffet is not huge but contains great tasting and healthy food (depending on what you choose obviously). Por quilo style. I was here on a Friday and they had a fantastic vegetarian feijoada. Probably blasphemous to some (feijoada without copious amounts of pork) but I loved it. They also had various 'caldos' (thick soups) that tasted great; price for these is per unidade (bowl). The juices are super good. My favorite is always the abacaxi com hortelã (pineapple with mint). There are delicious-looking deserts on sale as well as some organic products at the checkout counter. The restaurant has a ton of space with seating on the main floor, on the upper level in the back and some on the quiet outdoor veranda. The restaurant isn't the newest (floor looks a bit crummy) but it's clean and with friendly staff. There are a few large tables for groups.
