This store is right near my Smith's grocery store & Goodwill. I had just left my dentist office a 1/2 mile away, saw their flag/banners on the street, quickly pulling into the strip mall area. I walked in just to check out the store & see if they have my information (loyalty numbers) from the other store. I was greeted immediately by Kayla with a smile & a great attitude. She looked up my data & stated she has my loyalty points/purchase history. She had the items I normally purchase in stock, but also suggested some different items I might also like. Sucked me right in, I had to try them. Bought 2 types. That is great customer service skills. Jeremey came in even recognized me from the other store. He smiled saying "you're the guy in the kilt".....I guess I make an impression on people. Store was very nicely set up, lots of products, main area & restroom were clean, atmosphere was great, add in the fantastic customer service it can't be beat. Everyone was so fantastic! They gave us a truly behind the scenes tour and even took us into the greenhouses to see the growing plants! Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the growing process and how they grow everything on the premises. They are truly from seed to medicine right there! Like farm and table but for your medicine.
