It's because it's not in a great area, and 2. The sides of the top of the dropper at least on one of my bottles leak a little especially after I shake it and go to open the bottle. I do have some product on my hand and I don't know if what's coming out is through the sides of the top of the dropper and if what comes out to be a lot overall, however, there is no way to measure it. Parking is a nightmare!!!!, but they have free valet!! It's ALL CASH, however, they all seem to be that way! They have discounts for various reasons and a rewards system which I think is GREAT considering the prices of the products! From what I have heard, ETAIN (Yonkers) vs. VIERO (White Plains) go back and forth on who is more money for their products. What I suggest is you do your own research at the time you are ready to purchase the product and then compare and see which one is more money in general and then don't forget about discount deals depending on your circumstances that the dispensaries might have. Don't forget to do the math when looking in to the prices and figure out what the right price for the specific product you would be looking for. GOOD LUCK AND FEEL BETTER!!!!

I enjoyed visiting this cafe recently! This place is in Bedford's cute little walkable historical…read moredowntown, right next to the library. There were a bunch of people seated at their outside patio tables, and the front was wide open. I guess they recently moved from another location that was mostly an herbal shop to this location that used to be a firehouse, so the front entrance is more of a garage door. They have records playing in the back, and they have a pretty big shop with body lotions and other gift items. There were samples of their lotions and stuff up front, and they had sunscreen on the outdoor tables. I saw they had their own seltzer for sale, but it didn't occur to me that it was a THC beverage, and I guess that's really where they started. Now, they're also a full cafe with coffee, tea, etc. and also food, including pizza. I ordered a beetroot latte and also couldn't help but order one of the gorgeous blueberry scones I saw in their bakery case since I was too early for pizza, and that was incredible! The latte was pretty good; just actually don't think I've ever had a beetroot latte where they also actually add a shot of espresso, so that was a little different. It was still good.
