Theresa the owner is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Any questions I would ask since she only texts she would never get back to me on or give me an attitude about not having the time to answer. But when I would go and spend nearly $200 on facials and products she was all smiles. I also did a microdermabrasion with her and she scratched my face up horribly, as seen in pictures. I still went back because i trusted her to help me through it. I was going to write a negative review afterwards but i felt bad and gave her another shot. She said once i moved out of state she would refer me to someone, so after reaching out and asking about referral she responds "maybe you can google someone". Got a gift certificate here and was excited to use it since I get facials every 6 weeks. Getting Teresa on the phone to make an appointment was impossible - she texts, unprofessional, should have taken that as a warning sign. Took days to get an appointment via text, 5 weeks away - due to her very limited business days and hours. On my way to the appointment today, I call to confirm, again she doesn't answer, BUT she texts me back to say I'm not in her book and she's at her son's swim class!!!! Teresa texts I did not respond to her text confirming the appointment, which I know is a lie, so I ask for a screenshot of the conversation - she didn't supply that conversation of course. I call her twice since I am now in front of her office to discuss, she is sitting at a swim class, and she STILL doesn't pick up!!!! She texts me back, knowing I'm at her office and says - she needs a sitter when she "works" so she can't just take walk-ins!!! WALK-INS????? I had this appointment for 5 WEEKS! Hey, if you don't mind an unprofessional person that will work if and when it's convenient for her and her sitter, enjoy your facial. I would give a 10 star rating if I could! Today I went to Teresa for a facial and microdermabrasion and she did such an incredible job! After going over my skincare concerns she curated a facial specific to what my skin needed. Teresa definitely knows her stuff because the products she used on my face left it feeling so healthy and pure. I'm not sure why YELP keeps taking my review down...but here goes again... I don't even know where to start--Teresa is amazing! She takes her time and you can tell she loves what she does and helping people. I've been going to her probably 6 years and every experience is better than the next. I've had problem skin over the years and she helps me manage it and get the best skin possible. I love that she uses natural products. She gives me samples to try and is so very generous with her time as well. I am in my mid 40s and most people think I am early 30s and I know going to Teresa has helped me keep looking young! Everything she uses is natural smelling and it is such a relaxing experience. I usually get a custom facial with Celluma and sometimes Microdermabrasion. They are all well-deserved- I had 1.5 hours of pure relaxation and pampering. Teresa is really sweet and knowledgeable.
