This place is great. The couple who owns it are super nice and remind me of my grandparents. Before you come here you have to understand that this is a real mom and pop shop. It's just the two of them running this place and if you're looking for like gentrified acupuncture you're not going to find it here. This place is legitimate eastern medicine. After two months of coming here my eczema was 90% gone. I've gone to countless dermatologists and allergists for the past twenty years who prescribed me steroids and other medications that caused withdrawal. Dr. Han is the first to really heal my skin. I finally got the courage to walk in and make an appointment and my only regret is that I didn't make it sooner. I've been living with anxiety and all of its psychosomatic effects on the body for a little over a decade. Today was my first treatment and I have to say that I haven't felt this good in years! I can finally breathe! I was moved to tears, I hadn't been able to breathe in such a long time! I no longer feel short of breath and I was shocked at my energy level. I usually have to drag myself from place to place, activity to activity. I feel bright and alert! The skin problems I have, have cleared up to the point my mom asked if I was wearing makeup. I have sever allergies and acupuncture has helped me in the past. After three sessions here, I paid for five, I decided to stop going. A few things did not sit right with me. First, they pushed package acupuncture treatments for $300 and package Chinese herbs for $300. I opted for just the acupuncture treatments. The treatment rooms are stark and too bright. Dr. Han is very quick and he recommended coming in three days in a row to start. They also made it clear there are no re-funds for services. Finally, after the last session, he asked me why I didn't show any allergies symptoms? Which made me feel like he did not believe that I had an issue. The best thing was Kay, the front office person. Watch out for this place. I called ahead and set an appointment for acupuncture treatment. They called me in, I sat with the guy for 5 minutes (who thinks hes a real doctor) before the treatment and asked me a series of generic questions. When I was done with the treatment she tried to charge me an extra $100 "consultation" in addition to the $60 acupuncture session! Of course I refused since I wasn't told that was extra. She then proceeded to negotiate with me, asking me "how much you pay"? Super shady! read more

I initially went to Dr. Han for problems with dizziness and ringing ears. Not only did Dr. Han help with those issues but other ones I didn't even know I had. I had gotten so used to not feeling good that I forgot what it felt like to feel good. I feel better than I have in years! I have more energy and sleep better than ever. Although my intensive treatment is over, I will continue to go because I love it so much. Dr. Han and Kay are professional and always make you feel comfortable. I am 100% satisfied. I too experienced shady insurance information. I paid up front , $280. I was told when the insurance cleared, I would receive a full refund. I had to do all the insurance contacting in order to get payment shipped out. After they received the payment, they refused to refund my money. Very frustrating. read more

NOT WORTH GOING!!! Dr Han knows what he needs to do to help. That's it. I went to see him for back pain. Before seeing him, I did not need pain meds and my back pain was a dulling soreness. After seeing him, I was in constant pain, my back would stuff up and by mid day, i couldn't do anything but sit or lay down. With two toddlers, it's not an option. His wife Kai Han is a business scammer. I walked in to get information and cost. Kai stated it's $60 with consultation and at the same time I inform her I had insurance and will cover services. Day of my apt I was charged $180, $60 for service and $80 for the "free" consultation. Kai stated she will contact the insurance to verify charges and coverage. I asked her when or how often should the apt be, she answer "Oh its up to you. You can make them close together or far apart. You can come in whenever you want". I told her ok, "I'll make it in 2 wks in case I need to pay cash but after you talk to the insurance it will be cover." She nodded and said "ok." Trying to give them benefit of doubt, I needed to see Dr Han for the back pain and insurance will cover it. WRONG!! First thing Dr. Han said after I told him I was in pain, "That's why you needed to come earlier, keep the apt close to each other." I said "That's why I wanted to know what the insurance said so I can keep them toge.." He interrupts me throws his hand in the air and says "I don't know about that, you need to talk to Kai about that, yeah." I go to pay and it's $60 and I ask "what did the insurance say?" "Oh I submitted the paper and I'm waiting to hear back, I'll call them again." B.S.!!! My insurance doesn't take that long to "get back" and from the last time we talked; didn't want to deal with insurance and gave me so many exusses. We had a loud agreement in which Dr. Han could hear and he was in between patients but didn't bother to come out. Kai wants to avoid insurance coverage and collect money up front. Which Dr. Han is just as bad because at the end of my 1st visit, right before I pay, he ask if I want to pay $480 for all my future treatments. And it was a one time offer. Dr. Han may be good but it's just a scam. Don't even bother going in. Save your time and MONEY. This place isn't worth going. read more

I suffer from spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease and I'm high stress. I tried this place out and this doctor is great. He's kind, understanding and his knows his stuff. I was so terrified about the needles that my hands started sweating profusely...hysterical 'cause it did not even hurt, not one bit. They advertise that "it feels like a mosquito bite"....it was nothing compared to a mosquito bite. I recently did my second session with this doc and this (combined with Yoga I just started) has not only been relieving my pain but also making me a MUCH happier person altogether. I started seeing Dr. Han because I was having panic attacks and on a lot of anxiety med's to prevent them. Since I have been going, I have been able to cut was back on my medication and feel much better. He has also helped me out with my allergies. I have been very prone to sinus infections my whole life, but since seeing Dr Han I haven't had one (knock on wood).
