Are the aisles crowded? Of course... ditto the stores I patronized in Manhattan.Do they stock everything I could possibly want? No. But what they do stock FAR exceeds what I can fit in my fridge and kitchen cabinets. I've seen some reviewers say checkout staff is rude... What the heck. Unfortunately most other markets in this area do not offer an assortment like this one. Prices are a bit higher here, but you're paying for convenience. The workers are kind and understanding. I've never had an issue with any of the workers. Sometimes an item maybe spoiled or going bad, but if you call right away after you notice they usually make exchanges effortless for you. The most obnoxious owner/ manager and security guard ever. Stumbled upon it after bloodwork felt…read moreshaky and got a smoothie. Hadn't ever been there before. Don't live in the area. On the way out not realizing I forgot to pay for the smoothie ( had just had bloodwork done and felt extremely lightheaded) the security guard completely harassed me saying I had been there last week and saw me on camera! I had never ever walked into this store in my life. I apologized and said I didn't mean not to pay for the smoothie-went immediately to the cashier and paid. Meanwhile the guard and got the owner/ manager who insisted that he caught me on video camera last week! Again I explained that I had never been in the store before and had stumbled upon it on way from the Drs office. I tried to apologize saying I don't live in the area have never been there before and just walked in after a Doctors appointment because I didn't feel well. The guard and the owner/ manager continued to harass me and continiued to rant saying they caught me on video camera last week. Insanity!!! I will never ever set foot in that shop again and hope nobody experiences this. So glad I do not live anywhere near this awful store!

They have fun staff and frequently do samples. (And recently a fun fluffy cat makes appearances.) I think they opened within the last year or so, and they just added a new fresh juice/sandwich/etc bar with tons of options, which I'm super excited about. It's a surprisingly large space that is filled to the brim, so it can be a bit overwhelming walking inside. The service was pretty friendly as well.
