They literally took away all of the Bogo's that I had saved up, I'm an EPC patient which means I give them six times as many plants as anyone else and they do not help you out at all. We're most other places hook you up like standing aKimbo in Denver. When I was checking in at the store, they didn't even know how to look up my medical marijuana card on my phone. I worked in the industry for 10 years when I first moved out to Colorado, and that should be the least amount of knowledge you have and they don't even know how any of their edibles are infused. I would tip people if they could actually give me some knowledge, but it seems like Budtender's now. I've been a member of the Dandelion for over a year at this point and I won't go anywhere else. Parking is the only pain but we make it work! The staff are so friendly and they provide great customer service. The bud is fresh, the wax AND edible selection are great - not something you see everywhere. Located slightly downstairs underneath a deli/restaurant I believe. Great, clean, modern, and friendly staffed dispensary! Also very knowledgeable and helpful about all products. I really like how each check out bay has all their products so you don't have to follow a person around the dispensary in order to view all the different products. Will be returning every time we are in Boulder. read more

Absolutly abysmal in every way. The smoke here is sub par, constantly getting tons of stems and seeds, the staff is uncaring and rude af. It's cheap for a reason. (Also dont bother asking for thier flagship strain "Glass Apple" as its NEVER in stock and the employees stare at you blankley when you ask about it even though the walls are covered in posters of the strain winning awards)You ask for reccomendations and they stare blankly at you and act like they absolutely hate their job. If you say anything they claim they will send you a coupon or something and they never do and if you get something on a deal they will argue with you on why the REPLACEMENT FOR THEIR MESS UP should be replaced and not charged at full price. They dont do anything about miserable employees who give them a bad name (micheal) I've been a medical patient with Native Roots for 10 years and the quality and staff has greatly diminished and they don't care to make it better. I seem to be having issues with the hours of operation matching when they are actually open and there is no way to contact them or leave and email for them which kinda stinks so I'll have to do it this way. bud tender Tyler was knowledgable and informative. after a hiatus in being a med card holder came back after a couple years and I like this place just as much as I used to. Selection wasn't the largest when I was just in but in large part due to the pretty impressive deal they were running which I did take advantage of. Still was able to leave with three out of three strains to fit what I was looking for. I would recommend this place. read more

Dandelion does not have the biggest or best bud selection, but the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, unlike some other nearby stores in Boulder, like Trill's, which is to be avoided. Shop at the Dandelion and I don't think you will be disappointed. Plus, it is one of the oldest dispensaries in Boulder, and the location is good and easy to get in and out of. Thumbs up. read more

I have been a boulder resident for over four years, and have been a med patient for over two. I have been to ever dispensary within a 50 mile radius and this dispensary is by far the worst. The check in process took over 30 minutes because they looked confused and uninformed of proper med card regulations. Further, the bud tender knew little to nothing on the products he was selling, and changed the price on the products at least three times before final payment. These bud tenders would serve better elsewhere as this dispensary takes advantage of consumers. Will never give native roots (their subsidiary) or dandelion Any of money again. Trash. read more

As a boulder native I know what is a good dispensary and what is not, this is not. Was going to use them to grow my 12 plants but due to the rudeness I got today ia will not be going back and will be working hard to make sure none of my boulder friends go their. I am disabled and was laughed at when I had the nerve to show up with incomplete paperwork and was made to feel bad due to not having it on my smart phone, silly me, who knew and who cares. read more

I've been a member here for nearly 2 years now. Definitely *the best* flower I've seen, ironically for the lowest pricing as well ($125/oz + tax = ~$136). The catch is you have to get their ounce of the day to get flower super cheap, so if you just like buying grams or 8ths it might be less of a good value (I wouldn't know). Either way I get compliments on my bud nearly every time I share a joint. Sticking my nose in my Dandelion bud jar is heaven! And their Doctor Days are the cheapest way to get your red card that I've seen, if you're willing to sign up as a member for 6 months. They've got a good selection of topicals. They don't carry most of my favorite edibles but have a good enough selection, especially if you like candies. I haven't smoked their concentrates in ages but they were super high quality from what I remember. My only complaint is that they don't label what they spray on their flower, so it could very well be toxic for all I know, especially since the medical market is barely regulated... it would be cool if they had this info on the labels like they used to. Expensive but what to expect from downtown Boulder. Members get a discount but many times I've been there and the special was not available or out of stock. In the past the bud tenders were knowledgable but I would say the place has really gone down hill in the last few years. The trimmers need glasses because I had lots of leaf and crows feet the last ounce I bought there. There's no such thing as a plant with both high CBD and high THC, but the bud tenders there think otherwise. I'm switching my membership, it's just not worth it anymore. read more

Amazing dispensary, my hopes for this experience were fairly reasonable. Marijuana edible has a higher level of cannabis oil for pain relief without the "high" feeling. With high expectations, and a focus on ridding myself of this uncomfortable back pain, I once more took a leap of faith and ventured into uncharted territory.
