Wow! I walked in by chance to get a car insurance quote. Friendly, professional Brad and his receptionist welcomed me like they had known me forever. Now, to the good stuff, Brad beat my current insurer(State Farm) by 50% on a 6 month policy!! Same coverage, and deductible! Seriously, I went from $796 for full coverage on a 2019 Buick Encore to $370.00 FULL COVERAGE WITH NATIONWIDE!!!! Give him a call. 864.848.2800 read more

There has never been a single time when they have dropped the ball or failed to return a call. When the company itself made a decision that all of us hit by Helene could not add anything to our policy for a year after our Helene claim, Marty and his staff did their best to talk to corporate on my behalf. After corporate refused to budge, they referred me to someone who could help. I have used other insurance agencies in the past who were truly awful. This one is by far the best I have encountered. For context, we have had 3 homes and at least 8 different vehicles insured with them over the years.

Kevin Dunn however seems to genuinely care about people and for that, I'm thankful. A while back my landlord was trying to come after me for some bogus damages that had occurred before we ever moved in, and I spoke with Kevin to see if renters insurance could cover these damages (it was a long shot) he proceeded to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone with me telling me exactly how to handle the situation, the laws and rights for renters, where to go to if we were told to pay the damage fees, people to contact, etc. That meant a lot, and we were able to get out of the situation and didn't owe a dime. Just want to say thanks for that. In a world where time is money, Kevin spent half an hour on the phone with me even though he had nothing to gain from the situation. You need people like that having your back, and for that I hope to be a customer for life.
