The instructor was great. I took a blended course and paid the $6.50 to get the laminated wallet card. Never received the card so I emailed them (twice) only to find out that the card had supposedly been mailed and they couldn't refund my money because of that. So, lesson learned... I know it was only six fifty, but good customer service would have sent out a replacement card, especially since I could have purchased an entire pack of laminating paper for eight bucks. read more

Do not use this company! A few days before my in-person class I had a massive Pulmonary embolism that required 2 life-saving surgeries. I was released from the hospital a day before my in-person CPR class. The company said I was NOT EXCUSED and would be fined for having to reschedule! The doctor didn't even clear me to do anything physical. I am on an extremely high dose of blood thinners and was warned not to do anything physical while my body is adjusting. I asked to turn in my hospital records showing I had the surgeries and they said that wasn't good enough. What a joke!!! Them trying to force me to attend could LITERALLY RISK MY LIFE, of PAY A FINE! I regret doing business with a company so inhumane to extenuating circumstances. And these are the people teaching CPR & First AID?!!?! Customer service was a joke. Good luck dealing with this place you might as well just throw your money away. OH, and BTW... it is cheaper to get the CPR/First Aid cert anywhere else!!!! read more

To begin, my instructor was wonderful, fun, personable and very knowledgeable. The class itself was excellent and exceeded expectations. The company however, was sketchy at best! The first time I signed up, I got an email with my receipt and that was the ONLY email I received. I even looked through my junk file and didn't get any other emails from them. I paid $95 for the class and a laminated card. Once I arrived I was told I could not take the class as I had not done the 4 hours of online training, all of which was handled in class adequately. When I called the company to tell them they never sent me the emails necessary, they blew off my complaint and told me I would have to reschedule at a cost of $65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time miraculously I not only got the email with the link, I got about a dozen emails in a 72 hour period. PLEASE IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE READ THIS PART, I have been told by others and even during my class 2 others were turned away for the same problem I listed above. This seems like such a scam! If the class weren't so good I'd assume I was taken for a sucker! My advice is to choose another company! read more

This business couldn't give a damn if you got in a car accident or lost a limb on the way to class--they'd never refund your money. They offer you 40% off to "transfer" to another class despite unpredictable life events. They put on this hokey Christian front and are rude AF. Avoid using them for your CPR & First Aid Needs as they have ridiculous late and cancellation policies.

I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place. Firstly they're charging more than double then what you need to pay through other accredited CPR programs, and secondly they have no integrity. I paid $115 for the adult and child CPR training, showed up for the class on time and was turned away because I had not completed the three hour online portion first. It was unclear to me that I had to do so. When I tried to reschedule I find out that my $115 had been forfeited. I called and spoke with one of the higher-ups at the corporation, Ted Whitney, and they were not willing to work with me at all. I expressed that it was an honest mistake, and that it would cost them nothing to let me come back to the class after I had paid my $115, but they didn't seem to care. For company that supposed to be in business, helping to save lives, I found this pretty shocking. There are so many other organizations offering the same training, for well less than half the price, and most for surely having More integrity, I would stay away from this company nations best CPR. read more

traveled 45 minutes into Philadelphia for a cpr class - arrived on time, no instructor. Called the main number no answer, called again and finally got someone who then told me the class was canceled that morning - yet NO email NO call telling me it was canceled - lost money on parking and lost money from time i took off of work for the class. Signed up for CPR and was unable to attend due to work schedule (I am an ER nurse, in a pandemic, schedules for us are tough right now). I had to pay $66 to reschedule the class. Pretty miffed about that was able to find a CPR class in my community, free of charge. Called 7 days before the class to cancel and they would not refund the $66, saying the day of the class did not count in the "7 days". Please look within your community before registering here. These are not good people, they are money makers only. They do not have their community's best interest. Shame on them read more
