We were referred to J.O. Acree by a friend who had used them for wedding stationary. We had shopped…read morenumerous quotes both online and around time and her price was definitely the best. What was better than that was her service! She met with me and my bride to ask what needs we had and what we wanted for our wedding needs. She did custom save the dates, with preprinted envelopes and turned them around in a week. Mrs. Kit also did huggers, cups, napkins, gift bags for welcome bags, programs, welcome letters, and bridal thank you cards. In addition she did a full suite of letter pressed invitations for us with two inserts, 2 envelopes and pre printed return addresses. The entire time she helped with wording, time line to make sure it all was ready in time, and making sure all etiquette and style questions were answered. Btw when I say she saved us money she saved us thousands of dollars over other quotes we had received. Used their phone number after two calls get a text saying "text me". So I did asking the questions that I need answers to only to get what??? No response. If you want to deal with a company that has customer service this isn't the one to use. So after getting outbid I decide it wouldn't bid on anything else from this company cause of you need answers you will not get a response. If you have better luck with customer service then congrats but don't be surprised if you reach out and dont get a response! Not very professional or give two cares about customer service!
