this is my girl. Her name was Sofia. She is dead in my arms. On September 5, I went to the National Spy Alliance Veterinary for a simple dental cleaning and they gave me 14 pieces of her teeth. Three days later she died. He had an infection and his lungs filled with water. I called the clinic and they told me that they were not responsible after paying them $915. This clinic is a disaster. There are more cases, take care of your pets. Don't take them to that place. Someone recommended it to me, but they didn't tell me the truth about this place. My daughter killed me.

Just sweet

Christy, Melissa, Michelle, Angie were so nice. I could genuinely tell they love the animals. Office so clean. On time. Answered all y questions! Tallulah seems to be doing fantastic. Thank you for the loving care!!

Amazing place - thoughtful & caring staff - all of them; from Pam to Angie to Dr. Stewart! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! for taking care of our little Rodeo. Since we were just traveling/passing through the area, we sincerely appreciate you guys not only getting us in, but even more importantly, getting Rodeo's Lab results & adjusting her medication as needed all before we needed to be heading out/leaving the state. We will never forget how you made Rodeo feel as if she were your own fur-baby & we feel totally blessed to have found you guys. Y'all ROCK!! God Bless! :)

I saw someone's post on FB about this place. They offer $10 Tuesday on various bet services. You can't beat that! We opted on going on a Monday in hope it might not be as busy. Sometimes paying the little extra is worth a time saver. My daughter got a new kitten and wanted to get it tested for Felv/FIV before having contact with the cat she already has. When we got their we were next in line, it's walk in for most services. Spay and neuter requires an appointment. They off spay for $70 and $60 for neutering That's a good price. Anyway, my daughter had to fill out a form and had a short wait. They don't allow you to go back with your pet. They come and get it from the waiting room and then bring it back. So if you like to be there during your pets services, another place might be better. While we waited a gentleman brought in his huge dog. They brought the dog to the back and he was moaning and crying. The guy asked how much the nail clipping cost and they replied $20. I asked if that was all he was having done. The man said yes and that his dog REALLY doesn't like having them trimmed. It was funny. My daughters cat thankfully tested negative! The clinic is located in an older strip mall so there is plenty of parking. Inside it's huge and looked and smelled clean. We will definitely uses their services again.

ya... while I think their medical advice is sound, and from what I could tell about their surgical…read morecompetency it's on par with what a medical hospital should be, and the staff is always friendly... the rest of my experience is not great. I have been using their services for a little over three years now. Every day or at least 3 times a week I get an email blast from them advertising care and medicines for sale. That practice alone gives me the creepy crawlies. But also when I take my dogs in for tech work, such as a monthly shot, Im hounded by extra costs and unnecessary exams and tests. If they had their way, what should be a 90$ visit explodes into a $300 visit. One year ago, the monthly Librella injection cost $70 with tech, today it is $101. One year ago, the proheart 6 injections were the "less expensive choice vs heart guard and the reason to do it. This is how they advertised it to me. They have marked up the cost by more than $50. I guess they figured I wouldn't check now that it is a renewing prescription. Today, I wanted heartworm shots for my dogs and they insisted that an annual exam was "required by law" in order to qualify for the heartworm medicine. Vet clinic policy is not law. I went to PetFix down the road, and they only required the heartworm test and proof of rabies vaccination. It feels SOOO CORPORATE!!! I want my vet and their techs to be more grounded and not so fundamentally driven by milking every penny they can from me. I completely understand that they have to make a profit to survive, but this is ridiculous. It's like taking your car to the dealership to get serviced; same repair, higher cost. If paying through your nose is your thing, then Case is for you. For the "annual exam" required to just get heartworm meds for two young dogs under 3 tears old ends up to be $330 PER PET!!! and that doesn't include the cost of the heartworm injection! For my elderly dog, he's 17, $381 before even paying the 170 something they want for the heartworm! settle down people, settle down. Also, they're on a really busy street with no fence, so if your pet jumps out of your car, you get the extra fun bonus of experiencing a heart attack.

My dog has some bad allergies, and I just wanted to know what I could do to help her scratching. Instead, I got cornered with a ridiculous $1,300 "treatment plan" before anyone had even laid hands on my dog. No exam, no diagnosis, just a scripted sales pitch. It was all about money from the second I walked into that room. Then after sitting around for nearly an hour, the vet finally came in. But before we could even start, the vet tech took it upon herself to bear-hug my 95lb dog with zero warning, zero communication, and zero understanding of proper handling. She didn't ask me to help, didn't ask how to manage my dog , just grabbed her like it was no big deal. If my dog wasn't well trained, that assistant could've ended up in the ER. Absolutely reckless. And the pricing? First $1,200. Then suddenly less than $400. Then somehow it ends up over $500. What the hell is that? Feels like they just throw out numbers to see what sticks. To be fair, the actual vet was the only decent part of the visit. She was direct and gave me straight answers when I asked for no BS. Too bad everything around her was a mess. Bottom line, If you want to waste time, be hustled for cash, and trust your dog to people who clearly have no clue how to handle animals safely then this is your place. I'll never step foot in there again.

It was a beautiful experience despite heart wrenching emotions. Dr. Nesbit has been an excellent Vet for Miller, and I appreciate how he never tried to rack tests and pricing up and always seemed truly focused on the well-being of my dog. Dr Nesbit has a spirit that only other dog lovers and dogs understand. We tried one that was, but it was located downtown and just was not a fit for us in many ways. Godley Station Animal Hospital is off the beaten path and after passing it a million times and noticing dogs in the outdoor area outback I finally looked it up on the map and made an appointment for our cat who's recently taken to peeing/marking. The exam fee is an extremely reasonable price, scheduling and sending over our stack of vet records (yes, we're those people) was a breeze, and the staff was phenomenal. Scheduled an appointment for my dog to have her nails trimmed, anticipating that it would likely turn into a huge deal with other visits leading to sedation after issues with her groomers not being able to trim them and to our pleasant surprise, they trimmed them easily and beautifully! Two fantastic interactions in a week at a new vet and we didn't spend an arm and a leg, cannot recommend this place more!!
