Now I am finding out that the Speed Queen warranty only covers parts...not labor and trip visit. In the future, I will only purchase appliances thru one of the big box stores where full warranties/good customer service is available. The tech gave me a song and dance about "temperature offset" which turned out to be a load of horse hocky. This man was a generalist. I looked up ASC and spoke with them. They truthfully stated they were not Bosch-authorized but they worked on many high-end Euro appliances. Sonny came out and did some magic on the control board to determine that Tech #1 missed the damaged lower heating element. All that without even removing the oven from its cabinet.
