I have even heard of them redoing speakers and convincing people to trade out their original drivers for new ones. I received a text from Ivan that "the crew was too exhausted", but only after I inquired of course. Fast forward 8 months and still no remuneration for the damage. This business owner has sent the following texts to my inquiries about where the check is for the repair, since they failed to complete the repairs as stated they would. These are copy and pasted from my texts: "I'm going to hand-deliver one personally tomorrow. I'm so sorry. I can't seem to get anyone employee wise to do such a simple task, correctly." "Good morning I apologize when I went to write you a check. I realized we were out of checks and I ordered some. I forgot to write one later on that week. I'll be sending one out in the mail today. Please let me know if you don't receive it by Wednesday thank you so much!" And these are only a snapshot of the failed promises to make it right. They don't stand by their word. Pathetic.

The first time was okay, I let him inside (during COVID) even though he was doing outdoor work so he could see the space. He never wore a mask, didn't even have one, and no shoe covers either. The next time I asked him to wear a mask and I had to provide one to him. The next time (yes, this has been almost two months and the project still isn't complete) he showed up to the job with a dead drill? He needed to plug it into my house to charge, and then just sat in his van half an hour letting it juice up. We wanted two over-door lights and two outdoor outlets put in. He would leave siding open on the house showing the insulation and then leave for days at a time, even during rain storms. The last time he came over he slammed so hard that the plaster wall cracked INSIDE the house! We had two switches to be fixed inside, he did one then sat down and said he was too tired for the day and needed to go home. So he just.... left? Still hasn't been fixed. Now it's been three and a half weeks since he "finished" the project and guess what? The switches for the outdoor lights are swapped. One side of the duplex controls the other side's outdoor lights and vice versa. We've been calling this whole time to get him to return and fix the work, but no one has showed up.
