He gave us phenomenal service and went above and beyond our expectations. Another customer had extra expensive paper that Jerry gave to us for free although it likely would have added 25-50% to our bill. I mean what kind of business man does that? Jerry puts people above profits. No doubt about it. I will be using Jerry and recommending Jerry to anyone/everyone I know for any/all printing needs.

I had purchased my car recently and was looking to have the windows tinted. I called and was able to get my car scheduled in the next weekend and I felt the price was fair. I have taken previous cars to one other shop and their quality had went down hill dramatically. Nice shop and friendly staff. They have a few different options for tint. They have a high end ceramic tint that you can use. Only complaint is that you can see what looks like ALOT of blue lint balls left behind that is now trapped under the tint. There are air bubbles here and there, which is expected. But I think that this could have been avoided or should have been noticed by the installed before returning the car to me.

After placing my order, I found out Kevin, the printer, was on vacation. Slightly panicked, I understood this was the risk I took on a last-minute project. The following morning, I received a phone call from Kevin at 7:30am. My order was ready to be picked up! DBest earns extra bonus points considering Kevin had to come in on a Saturday morning. With a full three hour grace period before my presentation, I was able to obtain the business cards and move forward with an excellent event. DBest is a fantastic local business that truly goes the extra mile for their customers. They've been handling my print jobs for over a year. Every time I receive beautiful, quality materials at an affordable price with a speedy turnaround time. Never rely on a corporate chain again; locally-owned DBest comes with my highest recommendation!

The prices are significantly cheaper than online printers and the screen charges were really reasonably priced. And the shirts that they use are soft! Their time turnaround is also incredibly fast.
