Called to speak to manager and she tried to tell me hard shell lobsters can become soft sitting in tank. Absurd and insulting as that's not possible only molting can cause shell to become soft. Bad enough they sold me soft shell at hard shell prices but she tried to tell me they magically got soft sitting in their tank. Would've felt better if she just said a mistake was made instead of the whopper fish story! Oh well, buyer beware

I also bought 30lbs of Jonah crabs as they were $1 per pound. Needless to say, we had plenty of seafood to share amongst the family that weekend. The seafood was fresh and priced well. The steamers didn't have any sand, and were sizeable for what they were. The jonah crabs were an excellent value and the meat was a combo of sweetness and saltiness. The lobsters were firm shell I believe and tasted great. I have yet to get to the frozen stuffies...but I'm looking forward to it...just wish they were a little closer to me lol
