Reno decided to do unauthorized repairs on the mower called us after he had taken it apart. Left us no choice but to get him to put it back together since he didn't know what he was doing because he is not lawnmower mechanic. I felt uncomfortable with the way they were handling the high priced item so I decided not to let them sell. Now they are charging me for unauthorized 10 hours of repair work that did not fix the mower. we took it to actual repair shop they fixed very quickly fairly. They are also charging me consignment fees for the lawnmower that they never listed or sold. The wife informed me she is keeping all the money from my other items that I consigned until we repay the very high amount that they came up with concerning the unauthorized repair work and consignment fees. I was not wanting work for free I wanted to be treated fairly in the process of them selling my item. Since we moved out state I feel that I have been taKen advantage in this situation.
