Over the summer, I was contacted by Josh from the Agency who offered to review my insurance. I told him that I would work with him, but I am pretty slow - so it will take time. Once I finally got my act together and sent everything off to Josh, he carefully reviewed everything and reported back to me that the coverage that I currently have is a good fit for me and we mutually decided that now is not the time for me to move my business over to Koning. But, this whole exercise highlighted the fact that Koning was neither high-pressure or only interested in getting my business. Neither were true and I felt that I had been handled with total professional courtesy and respect by an honest and ethical agent.
