Matt came out and looked at all the work and said they could do it. The quote wasn't cheap at all but we elected to go with them since they could handle the entire job. The crew that came out was unprepared for the rain barrel connection and said they would have to come back. They left debris from cutting the new gutter guards all over and dropped the old guards in my beds and left them there. Got a message a week later that they talked with their management and now they could not do the rain barrel connection part of the job because they consider it "plumbing". Then why did you quote it in the first place? Giving two stars instead of one because they actually came out and did part of the work.
