I arrived at 1:09 PM only to find no one at the front desk. When someone finally appeared minutes later, she took my name and then had the audacity to tell me I was "too late" and that my appointment had been canceled. No consideration for the fact that their own delay in checking me in pushed me past their arbitrary cut-off. Unacceptable. Patients are expected to be understanding when they run behind, but they won't extend the same courtesy when the roads are treacherous? Combine this with a constant revolving door of providers, and it's clear this clinic has serious internal issues. If you're looking for consistent, compassionate, and reliable healthcare, look elsewhere. One Peak Medical is a complete disaster.
