I highly recommend always going through a local agent for any insurance needs, and this office is definitely one of the best. I got a car insurance quote that was a fraction of the other quotes, and they were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. Years later when I bought my condo, they again beat out every other insurance company for homeowners insurance, and got me a bundle discount. They always pick up the phone and are easy to get in touch with. Later, Chris Patterson at this office cut my homeowners insurance in half by reviewing my HOA master policy and switching me to a supplemental policy that complements the areas missing from my HOA policy (such as personal belongings and interior damage). When my mortgage company didn't receive my updated policies, he personally followed up with them over a period of weeks and made sure they had both policies in place, and that the mistakes with my escrow were corrected. Chris had no obligation to help me with anything other than the supplemental policy (after all it's my HOA and mortgage company), but he gladly stepped up and was always more than willing to help me over email, phone, etc. Dealing with all of it on my own would've been such a headache. Time is money, and he saved me a ton of both! Highly recommended.

I suggested maybe I should go to progressive and he didn't care. I tried to make a payment and he returned it because he didn't know how to apply it. I went to the DMV today to renew my tags and they claimed I had a payment lapse and charged me a…read more$25 fee. This is absurd because I have my old receipt and insurance policy which I paid in full for May 8, 2019 through November 8, 2019 and I had my new coverage from November 8, 2019 through May 8, 2020. The $25 is nothing but there is a lapse under my name in DMV records which means I'm more prone to getting pulled over because they want to make sure my insurance is active. There is also possibility that my insurance quotes will increase in the future due to this record. I selected and paid for my insurance online and never spoke to a Statefarm agent. Apparently Amy Park is listed as my agent which means she had cut short my policy for a month which resulted in a lapse. Now imagine if I were to get into an accident between October 8, 2019 - November 8, 2019, I would have no coverage. I still don't know how this is possible. I clearly paid in full for a 6 months coverage. I even called statefarm today after I left the DMV and they said I had paid in full on May 8, 2019.
