Most of the time there is a line up all the way outside; and even if there's one or two people ahead of you, you will need to wait at least 10 minutes before being served. Staff is excruciatingly slow, with the exception of 2 or 3 staff members; and they're constantly making mistakes on orders. The coffee never tastes the same, and you must ajust your order depending on who makes it. Wifi is free, but doesn't work. Never any parking. You have to park in neighbouring parking lots since theirs is always full. At least the owner is great.
