I've had their service for over 5 and a half years. We have very little choice out here in the country. Previous provider was actually worse... I have had as long as 3 month periods without a problem....but then the service is useless for weeks at a time. Let me be specific. If you're trying to stream you will not be able to. Not even in Standard Definition. Speeds will drop to lower than 1mb, even though I'm paying for 4mb. Their after hours service line says they will call back after working on my problem, but they have not called back in the last two weeks after more than 4 phone calls. They clearly have no intention of calling back. Buy this service if you want to pay for something you will rarely receive. If you want to stream a football game or movie, forget about it.
