He charged me when he said he would not and when I finally got tired of not having my clock, I called someone else. When the new person repaired my clock IN MY HOME, they found parts that were put in backwards, 80% of the bolts and screws loose because they had not been tightened. Since my new person fixed my clock, I have had no recurring problems unlike the 4 years of constant problems after MSC worked on my clock.
