Recently, I just stopped in to inquire about having my front badge done (it's in a plastic case). He stepped outside to look at it, then just went on and did it. That was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Of course, it was a weekday and at that moment I was the only customer, so he was able. Because he took the time to do that, which I didn't expect, he saved me from having to make another trip for a 15 minute job. The last car they did is now 14 years old and the windows still look great!

From Yelp, I requested the cost for the tinting and how soon I could have it taken care. Within less than 5 minutes, Dustin responded. After giving my cars details, I again had a response within minutes of the cost and willingness to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. Although it was a 35-minute drive to their shop, Apex had the window tinted within less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I emailed Dustin with that request. Again, within minutes I had a text receipt for my records. The cost is very fair and the drive from Nashville/Franklin was worth it.

I was able to book an appointment in advance, and they did not make me wait at all when I arrived. Doctors should learn from them, ha ha. The tech listen to my needs and was willing to ultimately do whatever I wanted him to do in terms of tint percentage, but he gave me a few insightful tips, and I ended up taking his advice. I'm a perfectionist, so I tend to look for small imperfections. I was pleased to learn that there were no flaws at all. Moreover, I didn't even know that, but they provide lifetime warranty across the nation. So, even if I were to move elsewhere, I would still be covered. Can't really ask for more than that!

Let me start by saying that Jason at Street Sounds in Nashville is a patient and good man…read more My daughter had an issue with her car at an oil change facility in town (Nashville), where things went extremely bad as they made a mistake that could have been catastrophic to the car's engine. They also disconnected the battery cable from the battery and evidently, that reset the car's (RAV4 2002) very old aftermarket security alarm. The alarm system kept activating the audible alarm and the car would not start. As she is traveling across the country, this all could not have happened at a worse time! I will spare some of the details regarding just how bad the day was. Suffice it to say, it was like a snowball rolling downhill gathering more and more snow. I looked up local alarm shops in Nashville, I am in California, and I came across Jason who was very willing to listen and help try to diagnose the problem over the phone. Jason understood the stress my daughter was under and he patiently worked with her and I over the phone in an attempt to resolve the problem with the alarm system. We eventually had the car taken to Jason's shop that same day and he was able to quickly fix things so that my daughter could get back on the road. I feel very blessed that we came across Jason and Street Sounds as they are honest, empathetic and trustworthy. He cared about a good outcome and made all the difference in helping to get to that end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Jason. I was asking about them being able to troubleshoot the radio issues and off the bat, he went into sell mode. He then stated that they don't "repair" and only sell. Which is weird because many people had recommended them for their radio expertise and repairs. He again, stated that he didn't they don't make repairs, but then attempted to sell me a radio in excess of $1000.00 and I knew then this wasn't the business that I wanted, since I wasn't in the market for a radio and wanted to see options of repairing prior to replacing. I will say the guy on the phone was extremely polite and kind, but he was definitely not hearing me on just wanting solutions. If they only sell them my apologies on this review.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never trust this shop with another vehicle, especially…read moreanything rare or high-end. They attempted to install PPF on our Dodge Viper and the result was beyond unacceptable. The workmanship was some of the worst I've ever seen. Instead of protecting the car, it came back with extensive damage that required major repairs. It turned what should have been a straightforward installation into an absolute nightmare. When you're trusted with a vehicle of this caliber, attention to detail and professionalism should be the standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. The lack of care, quality control, and craftsmanship was shocking. If you value your vehicle, especially if it's rare, collectible, or expensive, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. This experience cost an incredible amount of time, stress, and money, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
