Just worked out here on a Saturday morning. Expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised…read more Daily fee was $10. The cardio equipment is a bit dated, as are the weights. But they have a good variety of free weights, dumbbells, and machines. Most of it was equipment I was familiar with, although there were a few things I hadnt seen (a nice change from your typical bally's/24 hour fitness cookie-cutter gyms). Plenty of heavy weights, and lots of options for every body part spread out through three different rooms (which appeared to be former racquetball courts). One foam roller also. I could see things getting a little cramped if it was busy, but it was pretty dead on this Saturday morning, and space was not an issue. Although I have no plans to return to Marion again, I definitely will return here for a workout if I do.

This location was recently updated. Pretty much all of the strength machines have been replaced…read morewith newer versions. Sadly the 30 minute circuit was replaced. They put a few random machines over in the space and have full body machines over on the back left of the building now. They also replaced the individual hip adductor and abductor machines with combination ones. Personally I think those are more awkward to use, but it could just be a learning curve. They also increased the amount of free weights. Few new machines and other pieces of equipment. Slight layout changes. So a few bad changes, but overall the remodel is pretty nice.

I saw this girl crying who was obviously a worker with two managers today that made me very…read moreuncomfortable when I was checking in. They did the meeting out in the open and it looked like they were targeting her for no reason. Also I've been there multiple times and it seems like the manager never sees the workers busting their butts all the time to see the place look nice. She never compliments them and always gives me a mean look when I walk in. Today when I was working out I heard people talking about transferring locations from Management being terrible there. So look out before signing up. I'm not from this location but come because it's closer to home. Kinda glad this isn't my home location.
