We usually don't take many photos together and were a little worried things might feel awkward, but she guided us the whole way and made us feel completely comfortable. After our ceremony we did a short hike to get some sunset photos, and she kept us on time and moving while still capturing lovely shots. She was our "brain" for the entire day which allowed us to be present with each other instead of worrying about the timeline, our families, the light, etc. It was truly a perfect day, and we were so happy that we chose Kayla to document and manage it all.

Pretty sure Brandon is the most sought after wedding photographer in the Mammoth area - and rightly…read moreso, he's AMAZING. Firstly, it's important to know what style of photography you want for your wedding. Brandon knows the mountains/nature in Mammoth incredibly well and can give you the most epic nature/landscape shots. Jaw dropping shots. That said, if you're someone looking for a lot of the traditional, more romantic, soft lighting, focus on details, first look, group poses, getting ready, etc..., Brandon may not be your guy. But if you're looking to integrate your wedding with the nature landscape and dramatic lighting... book him now. If you're in Mammoth getting married, you're probably the more adventurous type anyway :) We had an 130 person wedding at McCoy Station during a year with epic snowfall. So much snow on the ground and Brandon always knew what to do with it. He also knows McCoy and Mammoth so well that we dictated our wedding schedule around his recommendations... from getting to the top of the mountain for sunset shots to epic night shots at the end of the night. He also stayed basically until the end of the night so we got tons of great party shots too. He offered a free engagement photoshoot with his wedding package, as well as a 20 page photobook post wedding. He was super quick (~1 week) to get the sneak peaks to us after the wedding and really wasn't long for us to the the full download. Finally, Brandon is such a great and nice guy to work with. Always smiles, always a good time. Book him fast as his schedule books up quickly!!

It was somewhat unexpected but I have to tell you, Brandon wasn't phased by it or even our last minute (literal minute) of changing our outside venue location. His energy is infectious and he made me feel really excited about the snow. The photos came out absolutely incredible. I've had so many people ask who my photographer was. And even though Mammoth is already a beautiful place, he knows exactly where to go to get these incredible shots. He will guide you and make you feel comfortable- even in crazy wind and snow! Seriously, don't hesitate to hire him, you will not regret it.

The memories he captured are incredible and displayed all over our home. Not only were they the best photographers but they were also the life of the party while making sure everything ran/flowed smoothly so that we captured the best photos at the right time with the right light and with the right people (family/bridal party). Peter and his team were VERY PROFESSIONAL but made you feel like life long friends rather than clients. From the initial contact to the day we received the photos we were very impressed with his communication and transparency. He was always on top of everything! Peter was raised in Mammoth and knows the area to a T. Months before the wedding Peter took the time to sit down with us to review the photography locations and schedule for the day. He utilized his experience with capturing the mountain/wedding schedules to create a perfect plan. He even scouted the locations a day before our wedding to make sure everything was good to go. We choose: -Boudoir - BRIDES DO THIS! This was a surprise for my husband but the photos are more for me because they make me feel so beautiful when I look at them. Peter made me feel so comfortable and really captured beauty. -photos of bride and groom getting ready. -First look (with dad and then hubby). -Bridal party photos -Portrait photos of bride and groom -Ceremony photos -Reception photos -night photos with the smoke (so cool) Based on my love for Peters work and art I can hands down say this will not be the last time I work with him. I plan on using him for family photos when the time comes. Thank you Peter and team for being the best photographers and friends.

I knew going into this venue we would have to go with the flow due to unpredictable weather. Natalie Saini eased my mind from the first time I emailed with her and spoke on the phone with her. She was here for me as a coordinator every step of the way! She would email me back quickly and even coordinated a private tasting for us since we were unable to make the group tasting they have twice a year. Her organization and experience made me so confident that our hard work planning would all come together! We had rehearsal on the rooftop and had to switch locations to inside Parallax less than an hour before ceremony time. I'm sure that was stressful for her, but she made me and my husband not have a worry or care in the world. Our day was absolutely perfect for us! She accommodated our wishes of having 10-15 minutes alone after our ceremony. Natalie went above and beyond. She let us have our moment together in our reception area where she had waiting for us drinks and lots of appetizers! We walked around our reception area and got to see it all before our grand entrance to our guests. The gondola staff, the servers, bartenders (Connor especially!), chef, coordinators, and all the Mammoth Mountain staff were so good to us! Our guests raved about the food! We did the family style and it was almost like plated! Lastly, right when we got into town, Natalie came to our cabin and picked up all of our wedding decor and details so we did not have to worry about it! The Sunday after the wedding, she dropped it all back off to us in perfect condition and boxed so nicely. We cannot thank them all enough for putting on this epic wedding and best day of our lives thus far! Mitchell & Marissa Martens
