Customer service is terrible! When I entered the store both employees completely ignored me and…read morethe store was empty. I looked around in an attempt to find what I was looking for myself, still neither said anything. One looked at me and still said nothing! I decided to ask them if they had the product I was looking for and one employee was on his phone and never looked up and the other employee on his computer did come out to see if they had the product. I left because they evidently don't want my business. I didn't even know they were in this particular Plaza. Because, I need to make ongoing musical purchases and their location is very convenient I would patronize their business. Not now... unfortunate for them.

Have you ever met someone and instantly knew they were about to become a huge part of your family?…read more Tom Bonvegna responded to an online inquiry I had about a Baby Grand piano that I wanted to surprise my husband with while he was deployed. My husband had played for years and since this was our first home purchase, I really wanted to make that happen. Tom, a Vietnam Vet and hero, reached out to me, heard my story and desire, and made it his goal to help us get a beautiful piano delivered. Our budget was ridiculously tight, and Tom made it happen. I researched everywhere, from estate sales, other online marketplace forums, about 15 different piano stores (some local, some not). After all of the research I had done (not knowing much about pianos beforehand), I learned that unless you REALLY know your stuff, you needed to go through a reputable company. If a piano wasn't tuned for the duration of its life, it could look pretty, but it wouldn't be very functional. I almost made a deal with another company that I would have regretted... and then Tom called and from that moment, I had an absolute peace about working with him. He was not a "salesman," but a true gentleman. Tom went the extra mile by a lot!!! There was one piano we thought would work, and it was even bigger than my original plan. After Tom looked at the pictures of my home (and staircase), we decided to wait for another piano to become available. There was a little bit of time that went by where I didn't think we were going to find it, and then... the call came. Tom found the most beautiful Yamaha, ebony, baby grand that plays incredibly! My husband was completely surprised and has loved at (1) having a baby grand piano delivered in his home without him there, (2) that I stayed within my designated "muahahaha" budget, and (3) that we found such an incredible person to work with. The piano delivery service was also excellent! Such care, such professionalism, and physical strength too. It's been four and one-half months and my home has been filled with music ever since. Thank you Jason's Music Center for being such a wonderful company to work with...and thank you to Tom for really making this happen.

We had been…read moresearching since the summer exploring both the used and new market for a Kawai trying to marry our budget with our needs and desires. Once we decided on a piano, Steve was able to make the magic happen so we could bring it home! This included trading in our baby grand. As our piano wasn't in stock, Steve went out of his way to locate one for us. There was a wait for the next shipment and the process of customs, but it was so worth it! It has a beautiful, rich, mellow sound! We are looking forward to the decades that this piano will be used! Today alone, it's been used almost nonstop since it's arrival! Also, the piano movers were so professional and really took care of each piano during take down and set up. Thank you again Steve!

I only found out the real reason when a friend of mine showed me the owner's FB feed where she's gloating about firing a TWO YR OLD and FIVE Yr OLD!!! 'Sorry (not) for firing you after you throw drums sticks and rip things off my walls!' First of all- SHE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT us being disruptive AT ALL!! Never in 6 months did she even come up to us to ask us to be quiet, or hey let's tone it down! My parents even came one time- and they were impressed with how quiet my child was! My two year old accidentally took a star down in December. Once!!! And I asked for tape to put it back up again!! And no one ever told me about any drum sticks being thrown!!!!! In fact, she said my older son had a natural rhythm and should continue drums! Are you this passive aggressive and unprofessional that you cannot even tell your students or their families if you have any issues?!?! Instead you turn to FB to brag about the fact you just fired a FIVE yr old!! Shame on you!!!! Shame on you! You are not qualified to teach any early learning- beware! Do Not Let Your Child near this woman! 6yr old and older are perfect for your teaching. But don't expect her to give you real feedback. She only wants your accolades and praise..... a grown woman..... unbelievable!
